SPCC: (Cold rolled carbon steel sheet) This material can be divided into single light and double light. This material is very easy to scratch and rust. Wear gloves when handling. If it is stored for a long time or after cutting, apply anti-rust oil to prevent rust and scratches.
 
Uses: Home appliances, computer casings and some door panels and panels, Shanghai Baosteel can be consumed, but the quality of zinc layer is much worse than foreign countries.
 
SECC: (electrolytic lead-lead galvanized steel sheet) Because this material has a lot of origin, it is roughly divided into:
 
1. Taiwan (中钢) 2. Japan (NKK, Nippon Steel, Kobe) 3. Made in Korea, because there are many types, we need to pay attention when selecting materials. It is resistant to fingerprints, has excellent corrosion resistance, and adheres to the processability of cold rolled sheets.
 
SGCC: (Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet) Taiwan's material number is GI material, and the appearance is divided into two types: pattern and no pattern. There are no steel mills in the world that can produce excellent materials, mainly exported from abroad. Taiwan has chinasteel and shengyu steelcorporation.
 
Main characteristics: 1, corrosion resistance; 2, lacquerability; 3, formability; 4, spot weldability.
 
Uses: Very common, small household appliances, good surface, but compared to SECC, its price is more expensive, many manufacturers to use the SECC to save money.

SK: (carbon tool steel) commonly used SK materials are SK-3, SK-5, SK-7 three.
 
AL: (Aluminum) is easy to scratch and crush. Common models are 1050, 5020. This material has a grain and is easy to break when bent.
 
CU: (copper) has bronze, phosphor bronze, brass, and red copper (laser cutting is difficult).

Color distinction:
 
SPCC looks very dark, -SB is so bright, so it is called Jinguang board.
 
SGCC I have seen most of it is bright, small zinc flower, in fact, it is very good to see the zinc flower, the big zinc flower is very obvious, you can see the hexagonal flower block.
 
SGLC is similar in color to SGCC, but it has very small spots, which is great.
 
SALD I have seen much worse than SGCC, but I think it is brighter and sometimes difficult to distinguish.

SECC is easy to distinguish between these, it is the kind of gray and the above four are very different and easy to distinguish
 
SECC and SGCC, Taiwan is called EG, GI material. The EG is electroplated to form a zinc layer, and the GI is a zinc plate which is immersed in a molten zinc. Therefore, EG has much better galvanizing effect than GI, and the moldability is also good. The size of the zinc flower and the thickness of the zinc layer can indicate the quality of the galvanizing. The smaller the size (to ZEROSPANGLE), the thicker the better. Of course, don't forget to let manufacturers add anti-fingerprint treatment.
